Enjoying its own small garden it sits in the grounds of the owners' home just 150 yards from the local pub/restaurant in Gillingham a small and peaceful village on the Norfolk/Suffolk border with good walking and bird watching on the the doorstep and the interesting market towns of Beccles on the River Waveney and Bungay nearby.
